By JOURNAL STAFF
Venn at Main is a mixed-use building at 10333 N.E. First St. in Bellevue.
It offers 350 residential units with associated community spaces, and 25,600 square feet of street-level retail space. Parking for 592 vehicles, electric vehicle charging stations, and storage spaces for bicycles are also provided. The Wolff Company is the owner.
The building was designed by Baylis Architects to complement its neighbors on each side, from small-scale brick retail spaces along Main Street to the townhomes and rising residential buildings along 103rd Avenue Northeast. Exxel Pacific is the general contractor.
The apartments include studios, one-bedrooms, two-level townhomes and lofts. Contemporary details include under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. Amenity spaces feature a mezzanine fitness center with a separate yoga/spinning studio, a media room with big-screen TVs, an interior courtyard, community kitchen, a game room and an rooftop deck with views.
There are parcel lockers and a secure building entry system, along with energy-efficient design and LEED certification.
Rental information can be found at www.vennatmain.com.
