Inspired by Scandinavian design, Träd, or “tree” in Swedish, opened recently at 17567 15th Ave. N.E. in Shoreline.
It features 124 residences that blend modern minimalism with the feeling of the Pacific Northwest. There are five stories of residential living over two stories of parking, a fitness center and rooftop deck.
Träd offers its access to the future 185th street light rail station, Interstate-5, and neighborhood amenities. Rents range from $1,523 to $2,995 per month, and include studios, one- and two-bedroom units from 534 to 1,136 square feet.
