The Wolff Company’s Revel senior housing arm announced the recent opening of Revel Issaquah, at 2450 Newport Way N.W. Wolff built the five-story, 146-unit project, which began about three years ago with Exxel Pacific as the general contractor. VIA Architecture designed the project, which started with the working title of Issaquah Gateway. It’s the third Revel-branded senior community in our state. Revel’s Danette Opaczewski said in a statement, “As the Issaquah and greater Seattle markets remain strong, this new independent living destination will offer those in the Washington area an opportunity to live in a vibrant community that celebrates personal freedom and delivers an array of enriching amenities.” The latter will include the in-house Ovation restaurant, gym, pool, theater, community garden, creative studio and salon.
