The Accolade

The Accolade is a 21-story student housing tower in the University District, with 597 beds and 226 fully furnished units ranging from studios to four bedrooms.

The tower adds to the University District’s evolving skyline with hints of gold, a front porch area next to the sidewalk, and a concrete facade with fluted surfaces.

The top of the tower includes three outdoor terraces across two levels providing different vantage points. These terraces are flanked by diverse indoor spaces, some more social, some quieter for studying.

There are over 5,000 square feet of outdoor space to connect with friends, multiple study rooms to focus or meet with classmates, and places to relax in the TV lounge or clubhouse.

The location provides quick access to the city through the light rail system or the Burke Gilman Trail.

The project is pursuing LEED Gold and city of Seattle Green Building Standards certifications.
