The community has 104 units for families and individuals at or below 50% or 60% of area median income.
Amenity spaces include a community room with kitchen and computer station, a classroom, a top-floor terrace rooftop deck, and an at-grade landscaped courtyard with a children’s play area.
The building is named for John V. Fox, a long-time advocate for affordable housing and a leader of the Seattle Displacement Coalition.
The project site was formerly a parking lot and the location of a tiny house village, operated by the Low Income Housing Institute.
