Two hotel brands — Even Hotel and Staybridge Suites — share a new nine-story, 235-room building at 527 Fairview Ave. N. in South Lake Union.

The Even brand is designed for guests who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle while traveling. There are in-room fitness zones for private workouts, and healthy food and beverage options, including smoothies and “grab ‘n’ go” meals.

Even Hotel has a Cork & Kale cafe, a gym, meeting space, amenities and 91 underground parking spaces.

Staybridge Suites offers studios and one-bedroom suites with kitchens and a work area. The project replaced a warehouse once occupied by Ducky’s Office Furniture.
