Center Steps
Central Steps is a two-building, mixed-use apartment project recently completed at 225 Roy St., across from the Seattle Opera House and McCaw Hall in Lower Queen Anne.
It is made up of one eight-story, 81,500-square-foot building with 83 units, and a seven-story 155,300-square-foot building with 186 units, for a total of 269 units.
There is about 9,100 square feet of ground-floor retail space and parking for 182 vehicles below grade.
