The BRIDGE Housing Spring District project includes two affordable housing buildings in Bellevue, which will eventually serve low-income families in King County. The project is located just down the street from Exxel’s Bellevue office and will include 84 dwelling units in the north building with amenity spaces and a parking garage, and 150 dwelling units in the south building with a single story below-grade parking structure and amenity spaces.

Site improvement work will include the relocation of a large detention pond, new street infrastructure, and a new bicycle and pedestrian pathway. The site is directly adjacent to Sound Transit’s Operations and Maintenance Facility East (OMFE) and newly opened Bel Spring Station on the east side network of railways. The future project is located one light rail station west of our recently completed Ondina (BelRed) project.
