The Offices at Southport consists of three, nine-story towers on the Renton waterfront at 1101 Lake Washington Blvd. N.

The towers contain 712,752 square feet of Class A office space, 11,025 square feet of retail and six levels of parking for 2,121 vehicles.

The project is part of a master plan mixed-use development over 17.1 acres. The office towers join 383 residential units completed in 2008 and the 347-room Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport.

Work included select demolition of a 1925 steam plant foundation that covered a third of the site.
