The Accolade has three rooftop terraces for student residents to enjoy.

The Accolade, a 21-story student housing tower in the University District, with 597 beds and 226 fully furnished units, is officially LEED Gold.

The project, which was developed by Greystar and designed by Weber Thompson, opened last September. The Accolade was designed to promote healthy living and includes three outdoor roof terraces across two levels. These terraces are flanked by diverse indoor spaces, some more social, some quieter for studying.

In addition to the LEED certification, the tower fully complies with the Seattle Green Building Standard. “It’s a win-win for both the students who call The Accolade home and the community at large,” Weber Thompson said in a social media post announcing the recent certification.
