The 270,878-square-foot building has 321 units, ground-floor commercial space, and below-grade parking for 177 vehicles and 106 bikes. Units include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Residents can take in the city views from the sky lounge, with indoor and outdoor spaces. There is also a fitness center, courtyard, pet wash and automated parcel storage lockers.
At ground-level, The Market: Hem Anh Sang (Beam Alley) is a Vietnamese market-inspired pedestrian connection between King and Jackson streets, designed to be a hub of food, crafts and more from Vietnam and other Asian countries. The through-block passageway has 10,000 square feet of retail space, with seating and room for kiosks.
